I want to know that service tax on advertisement will be charged after deducting tds or not.

For example,
Basic amount Rs.100
Service tax will be Rs.12.36
Total bill value = 112.36
And TDS will be deducted on Rs.100, @2% or 1% (whichever rate applicable.)
