I have given cash donation of Rs. 10000 to trust. Pls tell me how much
Deduction i will get u/s 80G

24 October 2016 U need to verify, that the trust is registered or not to claim donation u/s 80G. Donation Certificate is must to claim donation, and also the PAN of the Trust(which is mentioned in the certificate).

24 October 2016 Donations in cash is okay upto Rs.10,000
What % of deduction you will get will depend on which trust it is.
The trust must have an active license from IT Dept for the relevant assessment year.

i have obtained the certificate but in certificate it is not written we can avail 100% or less then 100%
