08 April 2014 I have opted L.I.C Policy in name of my Spouse and I am paying premium through my account. Can she claim the benefit of U/s 80C.

08 April 2014 If payment is made by u then u can claim 80C but not ur spouse. If u can show it through adjustments then Wife can claim
