Deductee reference number

13 October 2014 wHAT IS DEDUCTEE REference number when pan is not available? I am filling the tds return and utility asks me for deductee reference number when pan is not available.

If you dont have PAN, suggest do not include that record in E-TDS return unless you have deducted TDS 20%.

For ref. no. you can give any number like emp ID in numerical.
