Dear sir,
Can anybody tell, is there any format or prescribed from available for not to deduct TDS from a employee salary, issued to employer by employee time being or before march.

there is not a uniform format . each employer has its own but contain will be same, i.e. gross salary

Hi
No such declaration is valid umless it in Investment Declaration. Employer has to deduct TDS even if such decalartion is submitted by an employee.
