Can anybody tell, is there any format or prescribed from available for not to deduct TDS from a employee salary, issued to employer by employee time being or before march.

05 November 2012 there is not a uniform format . each employer has its own but contain will be same, i.e. gross salary

deductions

taxable income

No such declaration is valid umless it in Investment Declaration. Employer has to deduct TDS even if such decalartion is submitted by an employee.
