Notes
a) The service tax is payable @ 5% upto 13th May, 2003, @ 8% for period between from 14th May 2003 to 9th September 2004 and @ 10% for period from 10th September, 2004
b) With effect from 10th September, 2004, education cess @ 2% of Service Tax payable.
c) Interest is payable @ 1.5% per month and part thereof upto 15/7/2001, @ 24% per annum from 16/7/2001 to 15/8/2002, @ 15% per annum from 16/8/2002 to 9/9/2004 and @ 13% per annum from 10/9/2004 onwards.
d) In case where services have become taxable from date in middle of Financial Year indicate turnover from that date.
