22 March 2011 Dear Expert,

Few debtors was long outstanding last four years, not giving payment. one is the debtors value was Rs.40,000/= and others below 7,000/-.I want to written off.My quistion is it possible if your reply yes so what I write narration. plz solve

22 March 2011 Yes. It can be writteen off. Entry is:

Sundry debtors w/o Debit
Debtors credit

Narration: being amount not recoverable now written off.
