what is debit cum ATM card???? what is its features??? and if i apply for this in IDBI bank then i m able to withdraw money from any ATM Of the bank? can i book(e-payment) railway ticket through this above mentioned card??

Yes, u can use that card to withdraw money from any atm card, but diff banks except ur own bank (in ur case IDBI) will charge u a nominal amt for such transaction.... And yes, u can use it to carry on ur internet banking transactions.., wid id-password provided by bank while issuing card to u...
