04 September 2014 I HAVE TAKEN NEW DEBIT CARD OF CENTRAL BANK....IT IS WORKING IN ATM AND I HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR 3D SECURE PIN VERIFIED BY VISA AND ABLE TO GENERATE OTP FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENT LIKE EXAM FORM PAYMENT BUT WHEN I USE PAYMENT BUTTON TO MAKE PAYMENT IT SHOWS 3D SECURE AUTHENTICATION FAILED..........SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT SHALL I DO NOW AND I CONTACTED MY BANK BUT EVEN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.... AND WHETHER NET BANKING IS NECESSARY FOR ONLYN PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD...AND I CONTACTED TO CCE OF DEBIT CARD AND THEY GAVE ME EMAIL TO SEND THEM MY PROBLEM AND I DID BUT NO REPLY AT ALL... PLZ REPLY ASAP...

14 September 2014 As per my understanding when you use your debit card, system will give you 2 options:

1. Do you want to use 3D secure PIN; or

2. Do you want to generate OPT.


Next time please select OTP option and click on generate OTP. generate OTP option is more convenient.
