1. Can I buy a debenture from company by paying my money in installments ?
2. Can a company invite for more money from its existing shareholders ? if yes, what is the procedure?

1. depends on the company. if they are ready to call the money in instalment, it is there wish
2. invite more money in what sense? they can go for a rights issue. but cant ask for more money against the existing fully paid up shares.
