XYZ LTD IS SUPPOSED TO PAY DIVIDEND OF RS. 15 LAKH TO ITS SHARE HOLDERS. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW MUCH PERCENTE DDT SHALL BE PAID AND BY WHICH CHALLAN. ALSO CLARIFY ANY FORMS ETC. IS TO BE FILE BY WAY OF DDT?

That means i have to pay 1500000*15/100 225000/- Pls clarify is there any due date is governed tomade the payment of DDT if so? Also clarify what is the penalty/interest provision on default in DDT payment
