Hi all,
Date of incorporation of Pvt Ltd.company is 01-01-07.
Can u please tell me what will be the date on share certificates which issued to Subscribers. Is it the date of incorporation or date of first board meeting after incorporation of Pvt Ltd. Co.
Can first Board meeting can be held on the date of certificate of incorporation.

Date of Board meeting in which the shares are alloted. There should be a resolution for the same and not the date of incorporation.

Yes the board meeting can be held on the date of incorporation but you should see that the hour of meeting should be after you have collected the certificate from the registrar.

Thank u very much for your prompt reply, but how can I check the time when we collected the certificate of Incorporation because certificate got in 2007.

SEE THE DATE ON CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION. TIME IS NOT RELEVANT.
