02 September 2009 Is the date of the Directors Report and Auditors Report always the same

Also can an AGM be held on the same date

03 September 2009 Generally the date of the Directors Report and Auditors Report are the same. However they may differ subject to circumstances.

No AGM can not be held on the day on which board meeting held for adoption of accounts and dir. report.
