06 July 2012 An office makes payment to vendor under 94J. The bills are raised monthly, however payments are made on dates when the vendor's representative visits the office.
Two Bills have been raised for 78,637 & 75169 for the months of Feb & Mar 2012 respectively.
The respective TDS amounts for Rs.8,100 & 7743 have been deducted and deposited on 05.04.2012 vide challan through bank.
The payments for 70,537 and 67,426 have been made on 25.05.2012.
Is the following entries in 26Q, Q4 correct?
Challan details as mentioned above entered.(Book Entry - N)
Annexure I - Date of Payment/Credit - 31.03.2012, (Book Entry - Y)

Or should the entries be made in 26Q, Q1 for next FY?

Annexure I - Date of Payment/Credit - 25.05.2012, (Book Entry - N)

As the office has monthly arrangement therefore the vendor will have 10 credits in FY 11-12, however will have 14 credits in FY 12-13
