Date of pan creation for gst

i have applied for new gst no.but officer rejected with reason date of pan creation is not available.some one advice to apply for new pan card with same pan no.and i do this but still date of pan creation is not available.what to do please advice me

The date of issue of the PAN is placed vertically on the right bottom half of the PAN card. The format of the date printed on the PAN Card is mentioned below. For example, if the issuance date is 10/07/2020, it will be printed vertically on the PAN Card as 10072020.

Respected sir, gst portal is unable to catch pan creation date which is mandatory field and auto filed.cbic and gst officer is silent on this issue
