Date of formation of firm in pan card ??

09 April 2012 hello everyone,

m/s. ab & co. a partnership firm was started on 06/04/2012(inaugeration of shop).

but partnership deed was made on 09/04/2012, i the deed i mentioned date as 06/04/2012 but while doing franking bank personal changed it to 09/04/2012(date on which franking was done).

now i am going to apply for the pan card i m confused what will be the date of formation. whether it will be 06/04/2012 or 09/04/2012. partners want it to be 06/04/2012.

10 April 2012 actually if you fill up the 06/04/2012, (you will be provide proof such as rent agreement,telephone bill.

on the other hand if you fillup 09/04/2012, department authorised centre NSDL/uti demand you the proof as per desired by Norms as per laid down by IT department.

in my personal view, after fill up the form -49a, submit the rent agreement if executed on 06.04.2012 otherwise 09.04.2012, will be mentioned.
