22 September 2017 My query is

For a Consultant (Individual) who earlier has no liability to register under Service Tax or any other laws . Only filed IT returns .
What date should be shown in gst application as date of commencement of business.
Registration under Voluntary basis selected.

22 September 2017 You can choose his business date as previous consulting starting dates... If you can use the registration date as commencement date or One month before date...
