what will be the date of booking share capital in books of account? the date of incorporation or allotment of shares will be filed after incorporation for shares subscribed by first directors and members?

1. With in 60 days from the date of incorporation since share certificate has to be issued with in that date.
2. No need to file 'return of allotment ' for the shares initially subscribed by the subscribers to the memorandum of association.
