Should the date of Approval of Balance Sheet, Date of Signing of Balance Sheet and Auditors report date be same, or they should be Different.

normally it is same date but date of signing can be after board meeting date

most of cases companies keep it same. But if we see procedure directors should approve B/S in Board meeting so they will sign it in Board meeting. Auditor is not necessary to be there so he can sign after.
