28 January 2010 Should the date of Approval of Balance Sheet, Date of Signing of Balance Sheet and Auditors report date be same, or they should be Different.

Please advice?

28 January 2010 most of cases companies keep it same. But if we see procedure directors should approve B/S in Board meeting so they will sign it in Board meeting. Auditor is not necessary to be there so he can sign after.
