I have querry that whether date of original audit report or date of revise audit report can be same???
Is there is any violation of any provision of the act???If yes of which section ???

May be depending upon facts of the case. NO violation.

Yes much depend upon fact of case . however there is no violation of Provision
of act if you issue revised return of same date.
