If you've entered the wrong AGM date on your AOC-4 form and realised this when filing MGT-7, there's a process to correct it. You'll need to prepare an application to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and obtain notarised affidavits from the Director and your Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary. These documents should then be filed via e-form GNL-1. If the ROC marks the original AOC-4 as defective, you'll need to re-file the AOC-4 with the correct information and pay the associated filing fee.
