DATE OF AGM WRONGLY FEEDED IN AOC -4

11 February 2022 Can anyone help in resolving the problem, where i had feeded date of agm wrongly in AOC-4 and the notice enclosed shows the correct details . The error was realised while filing MGT-7 .

17 February 2022 Prepare an application addressed to the ROC.

Prepare a notarized affidavit each by the Director and the CA/CS digitally signed in the said AOC 4.

E file form GNL-1 attaching the above two documents.

ROC may mark the said AOC 4 as DEFECTIVE.

If so, e-file again form AOC 4 with correct data.

Filing fee has to be paid to MCA.

Inference - Rule 10(6) of Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules,2014.
