If a Company incorporated on 09.03.2012 than what should be date of first AGM and Fiancial Year

13 June 2013 DEAR SIR

YOU CAN END FIRST FINANCEIAL YEAR ON DT. 31.3.2012 OR 31.3.2013 THEN FIRST AGM WITH IN SIX MONTH FROM BALANCE SHEET DATE 31.3.2013 DUE ON 30.9.2013.
BUT AT PREENT INCOME TAX RETURN FILING DATE IS ALSO 30.9.2013 SO YOU CAN IT DUE ON 31.8.2013

13 June 2013 1)As per section 166(1) of the companies act 1956 due date is 08.09.2013

2)As per section 210(3) of the companies act 1956 due date is 31.12.2012

There fore due date for first AGM is 31.12.2012
