Please tell me what documents are required for d - vat registration for proprietorship firm .

14 April 2014 The registration under D-VAT is done online.Open the web site www.dvat.gov.in and click for e-registration.You will get the form and also instructions for filling it,selecting the vat office,submission of documents on line etc. After successfully filing the application on line fo to the concerned VAT office with original documents. The documents required generally are ID card,like ration card,PAN card,driving licence,address proof,documents of renting/leasing/ownership of business premises,any other licence,like of liquor/health/pharmacy dept
etc,bank a/c details......mjk
