Please tell me about 3 years traning in cwa course , for whom its mandatory and for whom its not worthwhile to take.

05 August 2013 Every student having registered under Revised Syllabus 2008/Syllabus 2012, shall be required to undergo practical training
for a period of 3 years on whole time basis.
