29 January 2010 Custom duty paid on my import purchase can ce passed on to my customer ? Can he claim as excise rebate But I am not an exciseable unit. do I have to take Excise Number.

30 January 2010 You would require tobe registered under CE as Dealer. After Registration you can pass on the addtional duty of customs + the special addiotional duty to the cusotmer by way of an excise dealers invoice.
