If We Have Not Received in Ninety Days Duly Signed ARE-3 From From Merchant Exporter What Is Procedure

18 January 2016 Strictly do follow up with customer, once you receive duly signed ARE-3 then you can submit proof of export. 90 days is time limit but there are no any restriction for submission of proof of export after 90 days but time between submission of proof of export is not more than 180 days.
