29 August 2011 Who is the issueing authority of CT-1 Balance Unutilized Certificate ? 3 different Export Material removed by a supporting manufacturer under CT-1, and later one of the item returned back to the supporting manufacturer. Now the merchant exporter need a unutilized balance certificate from the supporting manufacturer. Pls inform the actual procedure for the same, as the merchnt exporter is required to submit the proof of export against the said CT-1.

30 August 2011 when the consignment has removed from the manufacturer under CT-1, ARE1 has been submitted to range superindent, for all three consignments, and on the strength of such dox he has made debit entry in CT-1.

Now when the goods are returned to factory of clearance, the subjected ARE-1 is back to factory. and he has to submit the detailed report to Range Superintendent stating such return, with copies of ARE-1 which have been moved with consignment for cancellation and allow the goods return.

The Range superintendent will inform the report to the Bond issue authority regarding the status of all three consginments cleared and one returned.

R/O of the factory can issue such certificate if the documents are not forwarded to bond officer till the return of goods in factory.
