DEAR SIR,
WE ARE REGISTERED DEALER UNDER EXCISE. WE WANT TO PROCURE MATERIAL FOR EXPORT FROM MANUFACTURER/TRADER WHO IS REGISTERED DEALER. SO, PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THE PROCEDURE OR DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PROCURE MATERIAL WITHOUT EXCISE AND VAT.

Procedure is as below
1) Apply for B 1 Bond
2) Get it authorized form excise officer
3) After that prepare CT 1 on the basis of proforma invoice
4) Get CT 1 authorized form Range superintendent
5) Submit CT 1 to your Manufacture then he will send invoice with out excise duty & VAT.
Ref Notification 42/2001 CE 26.07.2001.
