Cst registratrion in west bengal

i want to register a propritor concern for cst in westbangal ...but i cant understand it will u/s 7(1) or 7(2...in which section i will apply. The concern does not have any inter-state sale or purchase..is there any provision for security deposit like vat.

If you are already registered under wbvat you need to file a Form A of CST Act to the same registering authority. Now it is done on-line in all states. In the website of WB Sales tax department ie www.wbvat.gov.in or www.wbcommtax.gov.nic.in you may click e-registration and fill in necessary details. No further fees or security will be demande for this purpose.....mjk
