Please provide information regarding the Current(i.e. w.e.f. 01/08/2012). CST Rate with and Without C-Form In KARNATAKA.

Without C form depends on the product falling under the tax slab..either 5% or 14.5%

21 September 2012 In karnataka the current rate is 5.5% and not 5%.

As correctly said by the expert, with c form it is 2% for all commodities, and without c form it depends upon the product whether it is 5.5% or 14.5% as the case may be.
