Cst differential liability

This query is : Resolved

12 April 2013 I was sold the metal out of maharashtra where CST was 4% in 2005-06 and local MVAT rate was 4%. I have not received any C- FORM. So is there any differential liability as the both rates are same?

13 April 2013 In case of your failure to produce C Form it will be presumed that the same was been sold local not inerstate that too with the tax rate as applicable at that time.

Now as you above, you will not be liable pay any tax.

10 July 2013 In case you are unable to procure C form then rate of tax shall be 10% as applicable to unregistered dealer
