Dear experts,
My establishments in Goa and i have purchased
the material from Delhi against CST@2% .
Pleas explain me , VAT input of CST is allow at Goa.

There is no credit of CST against the VAT....

Only tax paid on purchases made within the state is eligible for ITC (Input tax credit) and hence interstate purchase is not eligible. Under GST regime it allows all purchases for ITC set off.
