01 January 2015 you may file application for issue of form 'C' after return filing because some department verifying detail of Form 'C' from annexure of VAT returns, where you have submit details of interstate purchase in annexure alongwith vat return.

01 January 2015 C Form application to be made after return filing. The amount of C Form purchase reflected in the return would be reconciled by the department while the application is filed. If the figures match C Form would be issued immediately.
