CSR average 3 years net profit calculation if loss in any one previous 3 years.

AY 21-22 : +10.6 Cr (profit); AY 20-21 : (-)1.2 Cr (loss); AY 19-20 : (-)1.3 Cr. (loss). Net profit calculation done as per norms. Clarification needed whether the loss to be included in calculating average 3 years net profit and then 2% on net result for CSR to be paid?

Yes, loss to be included.
Hence, even for two consecutive years if the company has been in loss, but on an average, the company has been in profit over the last three years, then the company would be required to spend 2 % of the average net profit on CSR.
