23 June 2014 Hi, I am working as Sr.A/c Officer in Pvt Ltd Company(MNC) since April 2010.Total experience in a/c & taxation is nearabout 8+ years. (P 6 L P.A.) I have completed my B.Com,LLB & 1 group remaining of Company Secretary(CS). I have not done any sort of trainig till date which has been sprecified by ICSI. 1)Please let me know can i get training exemption on the basis of this work exeperiece?if yes please guide. 2) Please let me know the career prospect after completing CS? Thanks in advance

23 June 2014 Career prospects are very bright, more so after the applicability of Companies Act 2013.
