24 May 2013 is it mandatory to undergo 15 months of CS training before registering for CS professional course?

24 May 2013 No. You can undergo training any time after clearing CS Executive. You can do it even after completing CS Professional.

14 July 2013 You cannot avoid the training but it can be done at your convenience but without the training no COP will be issued
