is it mandatory to undergo 15 months of CS training before registering for CS professional course?

No. You can undergo training any time after clearing CS Executive. You can do it even after completing CS Professional.

thank you! i actually wanted someone to say this ..that it can be done even after completing CS professional.

You cannot avoid the training but it can be done at your convenience but without the training no COP will be issued
