I have completed both groups of Ipcc in may 2014.i am from CPT background and have joined articles from 30-10-2014 and have also applied for articleship registration on 31-10-2014. I have completed my 1st year of bcom graduation course and have discontinued it so i have not disclosed anything in form 112 . now i would like to take up CS executive along with my articleship so i wanted the procedure how do i go about for registration and disclosure in form 112

I have confusion regarding the details to be filled in that . regarding the hours of study and all other details required.
should i resubmit only form 112 or all other forms also ?
