Cs professional exam dec-2014

12 May 2014 Hi All,

This is in reference to the recent changes made in Corporate Law i.e. the sections of Companies Act, 2013 that have been notified by the MCA.

My query is that whether the notified sections of Companies Act, 2013 shall be applicable for the December 2014 examination or not. Till now, I have not seen any notification on the ICSI website regarding this.

Kindly clarify.

12 May 2014 Highlights of CA 2013 are applicable to June 2014 exams. It is very much likely that CA 2013 will be applicable for Dec 2014 exams. Still you should wait for official announcement by ICSI.
