U just need to register urself by filing the form of SIP with fees and submit it to NIRC ASAP. After that U can also attend the next or upcoming SIP even if ur name doesnot appear in the list of upcoming SIP students batch shown on the website of ICSI. U can attend it by going early on the first day of SIP and writing ur name in waiting list after showing the receipt of submission of form.
