08 January 2012 what is the meaning of the sentence "applicant should affix here his/her recent photograph duly attested by a member of the institute/ gazetted officer/ other persons authorised by the institute. the signature of the student should run beyond the breadth of the photograph."
please someone explain.

08 January 2012 Means I card shall be attested by member of ICSI(Company secretary).

Signature of student shall be crossed on photograph means half part of sign. shall be on photograph.

08 January 2012 Alternatively I card can be attested by gazzated officer means principal of Govt.school/collage etc.
