29 August 2015 Hello Member, I have just clear the CS professional examination all group. I am currently working as a Sr A/c Officer in MNC (Pvt Ltd.) having approx 9-10 year of experiance in indirect tax, direct tax & other a/c exposure. Pkg 6.75 L PA. If my current company is willing to offer me the position of CS then, 1) What amount of package i should ask to Co. or expect from Co? 2) Suppose Co. dont increase my package & ask me to work in current salary then it is worth to work for getting experience? Kindly Advise on the same. Thanks in advance

29 August 2015 You have already surpassed the CS entry level salary.

You need to sort out this dilemma by yourself whether to start a fresh from CS or to continue with your existing position.
