hello sir,
as i can't able to read this subject because facing difficulties in understanding and remembering
but for me company law is easy and cleared in 1st shot

So you had just made your mindset negative that you cant do it. Just answer me one thing, why you cant do this when others can get exemption in that subject. There is nothing like that in this subject which you cant understand. So clear all negative thoughts and study with cool and calm mind, make short targets like for one week and achieve them and revise everything within short intervals.
