CS Exective Prerequisites

(Querist)
12 January 2011 I have got registered since Nov 2010 and the confirmation has been received yesterday only. In addition to that i am preparing to write 1 module in june 2010 exams also.
Since the application form have to be send by March 2011, there is no further time to complete programs like SIP, Computer Program.
How to complete the same?
Whether these two are necessary or they can be postponed to next attempt(For November Attempt)
Pls guide me on this matter.
