Dear all,
I am to give my CS executive exams in Dec 2010. I have already passed the IT exam. Now i have to fill up exam form before nxt week. I have not recd my IT exam passed certificate. However I have downloaded a statement from the website which says I have got 77%. It does not mention anything else apart from my name & roll no. WHat should I write in the exam form. Should i write training completed & attach this print out or how. I have no certificate number to quote in xam form. Kindly reply. Many thanks in advance

Just attach the photocopy of your statement. It will sufficient. I also done this.

Agree with Expert and there is nothing to worry about as printout contained your name and roll number.
