07 July 2010 I received a TDS Certificate of A.Y 2008-09, and was unable to claim in the year in which income was assesed to Tax. Furthur I cannot Revised the return U/s 139(5).There was a default by the deductor for issuing TDS certificate but is a loss for me now.Can I Claim this TDS anyhow?
