28 August 2009 my co submitted TDS certificate for refund. bt assesing officer denied the credit as for some companies no credit was found in thr record. bt v hav Certificates for the same.

Wt steps shall v tek 2 claim d same?

Is thr any provision in act relating to onus of proof for such credit on assessee or officer

28 August 2009 do following process :

Contact to the deductor for the same. Explain him the situation. It Might be that he has quoted wrong PAN or he had not yet filied the TDS return.

No worries you can get the refund of the same.
