Pl.guide me in follows queries.

i have the bill of service tax like (Sequrity Charges) But hole f.y.in 08.09 i don't availed that service tax in that year.

can i availe last years service tax in f.y.09.10 ?

25 May 2009 There is no time restriction for availing Cenvat Credit. Howver, it must be taken in reasonable time.

For taking Cenvat Credit of Service Tax, it is obligatory on your part to make the payment of Service alongwith Service Tax thereon.
