we are dealer and registered in service tax department. i have question that we are file nil return of service tax , can we take credit of
service tax for getting service of telephone service provider

You can take credit and accumulate in your books and when you have the liability of paying your output tax you can adjust and avail. If the telephone number is in the assessee's name, it is eligible.

As You stated that Dealer , Please let us know what kind of goods you are dealers , if dealing in goods then , services used in common for services and goods , it should be used in nonoperational of exempted and taxable services
