CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHETHER CREDIT OF SERVICE TAX PAID ON MEDICLAIM INSURANCE POLICY FOR ITS EMPLOYEES BY A MANUFACTURING CO. IS AVAILABLE OR NOT ?

You cannot claim service tax credit. Service tax credit will be given for services taken and utilsied directly for manufacturing the product.

Any expense which is treated as business expense is allowed.
Only that part of the claim will be disallowed where the family of the employee is covered.
But this again is debatable to the extent that it is still a business expense
