28 March 2018 Is there any applicability of GST when a supplier issues Credit Note to a buyer towards Rebates and Discounts.

Is it right to issue Credit Notes to buyers without applying GST on it.

Please clarify.

31 March 2018 If such discount is determined before or at the time of supply the GST attributable to such discount will also get reduced.
